Hey, I'm Arjun Ghimire

By profession, I'm a computer engineer. I completed my engineering degree between 2012 and 2016, and since then I've been working as a software professional at a reputed Australian-based company. Engineering taught me how to think logically, solve problems systematically, and build things that actually work — skills that later became the foundation of everything I do in astrology today.

Astrology entered my life in 2023 — not as a career plan, but as a genuine curiosity. I had always been drawn to the deeper questions of life, and one day I started reading about Vedic astrology. That curiosity quickly turned into a serious pursuit. I enrolled in both basic and advanced courses, spending over a year studying classical texts like Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra and Phaladeepika. The more I studied, the more I realized how profound and scientific this ancient knowledge truly is.

My Journey

From writing code to reading the stars — how one passion led to another.

2012–16

Computer Engineering

Four years of engineering built my foundation — logical thinking, mathematics, algorithms, and system design. These skills later became the backbone of my astrology work.

2016–Now

Software Career — Australian Company

Joined a reputed Australian-based company after graduation. A decade of building real-world applications gave me the product development skills I now use to create astrology software.

2023

Discovering Vedic Astrology

Curiosity turned into serious study. Completed basic and advanced courses over one year, immersing myself in classical texts like Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra and Phaladeepika.

2024

First App & 1,500+ Horoscopes

Started reading horoscopes and built Jyotish Sarathi — an app where anyone can ask questions and get guidance from an astrologer. My first step toward giving back through technology.

2025+

Siddhanta Mathematics & Kundali Software

Realized that accurate faladesh requires deep mathematical understanding. Studied Suryasiddhanta and Drik Siddhanta — planetary longitudes, ayanamsa corrections, degree computations. Built Jyotish Sarathi Kundali: complete astrology software with mathematically precise calculations, available on Android, Windows, and macOS.

Spiritual Practice

My day starts with mantra japa and meditation. This daily sadhana keeps me grounded and focused — it clears my mind so I can approach every reading with full attention and sincerity.
