All payments made to Sarathi Services Pvt Ltd are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is made through our QR code, the amount cannot be returned, reversed, or exchanged under any circumstances.

We follow this policy because our services are personalized digital products prepared based on the details provided by the user, and they cannot be resold or reused once delivered.

2. Free 3-Day Trial Period

To ensure complete satisfaction before payment, we offer every user a 3-day free trial of our services. During this trial period, you can:

  • Explore the features of our app and website.
  • Try our basic kundali and astrological tools.
  • Understand the quality and accuracy of our services.
  • Decide whether you wish to continue with our paid services.

We strongly encourage all users to make full use of this trial period before proceeding with any payment. Once the trial ends and you choose to pay, it is considered that you have understood and accepted our services as final.

3. Payment Method

All payments at Sarathi Services Pvt Ltd are accepted only through our official QR code. We do not use any third-party payment gateway. Users are advised to make payments only after carefully reviewing the service and amount.

Sarathi Services Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for:

  • Payments made to incorrect or unauthorized QR codes.
  • Wrong amounts entered by the user during payment.
  • Transactions made without verifying official details.

4. Service Confirmation

Once payment is successfully received through our QR code, your service will be activated or your report will be processed. Kindly share the payment screenshot and your details (name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth) with us to begin the service.

5. Exceptions

Although Sarathi Services Pvt Ltd follows a strict no-refund policy, refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases, subject to verification and at our sole discretion:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a user has accidentally paid twice for the same service through the QR code.
  • Excess Payment: If a user has mistakenly paid more than the actual service amount.
  • Service Not Delivered: If the payment is successfully received but the service or report is not delivered from our side within the promised time.
  • Technical Failure from Our Side: If the service could not be initiated due to a verified technical issue on our platform.
  • Wrong Service Activation: If a user paid for one service but a completely different service was activated by mistake from our end.
  • Payment Without Service Request: If a user transferred the amount through QR but never requested or received any service from us.
  • Account or Access Issue: If the user is unable to access the paid service due to a fault from our system (not due to the user's device or internet).
  • Server or App Downtime: If the app or website was completely non-functional for an extended period during the paid service duration, preventing usage.

Conditions for Refund Request

To be eligible under the above exceptions, users must:

  • Contact Sarathi Services Pvt Ltd within 24 hours of the transaction.
  • Provide a valid payment screenshot and transaction details.
  • Share the registered name, mobile number, and date of payment.
  • Cooperate with our team during the verification process.

After successful verification, the refund (if approved) will be processed within 7 to 10 business days back to the original UPI/QR payment source. The final decision regarding any refund rests solely with Sarathi Services Pvt Ltd.

6. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for:

  • Providing accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth).
  • Verifying the QR code and amount before making the payment.
  • Sending the correct payment confirmation to our official contact.
  • Using the 3-day trial period to evaluate the service before paying.
